The Inspection Body is an autonomous, independent and impartial Institution accredited by the Italian Accreditation Body, Accredia, to perform periodic Verifications pursuant to Decree no. 93 of 21 April 2017 of:
– non-automatic weighing instruments
– automatic weighing instruments (checkweighers, gravimetric filling machines, continuous and discontinuous totalizers, railway weighbridges)
– fuel dispensers, whether or not fitted with auxiliary equipment
– measurement systems for liquefied gases at pressure measured at a temperature of -10 ºC or more
– methane gas measurement systems for transport
– liquid food dispensers other than water
– continuous and dynamic measuring systems for liquids other than water - for (un)loading ships and rail and road tankers - fuels other than LPG
– continuous and dynamic measuring systems for liquids other than water - on road tanker - fuels other than LPG
The CVP – Centro Verifiche Periodiche is an spection Body of Type C pursuant to the standard UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17020.
The CVP – Centro Verifiche Periodiche was founded in 2005 as a metrological laboratory for the periodic verification of non-automatic weighing instruments of I Bilanciai Srl, a company operating since 1991 in the industrial weighing sector.
Over the years, the work of the CVP has expanded and allowed the same to gain a lot of experience making it an equipped and competent body, able to comply with any need of its customers.
Please note that based on the new regulations from March 18, 2019 ONLY THE ACCREDITED ORGANISMS 17020/ 17025/ 17065 will be able to carry out periodic checks as established by the ministerial decree.
